I seriously doubt your 'hompage' is the rodders journal. You prolly won't get much help on this topic unless you put more info about yourself in your profile.

There was a recent thread about early cadillac engines. I tried doing a quick search wth no luck, but I know its around somewhere.
I thought it said humpage there must be a few pix of Marcus' Caddy floating around someplace Brock49 has some rare goodies he has plans for, maybe he will share a peek? name slips my mind right now but there's a guy up here with a nice looking Caddy powered 34? Sedan I'll see if I have pictures when I get home. Paul
thanks for the response guys, some killer engines. keep them coming. i think the top photo is jay wards, the other with the 6x2 intake may be dave tarvin from canada (?) but that blown job is really nice. whos is it, looks like the large S.Co.T or italmechanica blower... very cool none the less. i'd really like to run an offy 3x2 intake, but it seems they are hard to come by. i think they were originally built for use on boat engines. but, if anyone knows of one out there i'd sure love to know about it. also, this will go in my '29 roadster, and i dont really want that huge oil filter hanging out in front or mounted to the firewall, theyre just too clunky looking for me... but where should i mount it? or is there another solution for filtration? cad stuff is fun! geoff
here's the one I was thinking of, local guy, local car lots of history maybe someone can tell you more? marshal, oldbeet?
Hey Geoff,Ya big ***.About time you worked on your car rather than travelling the country carrying Steve,s camera.HA HA. Hope you got over all the ******** you heard last time you were in Colorado. Next time you come out I,ll have a bed and cold beer ready for you.

The 34 that 60s style posted is owned by Jerry Chin. I think that Marshall did most of the work on that car. The 6-2bbl motor with all the chrome is owned by Cadillackid on the HAMB. I'll try and post a few of my motor...if Starphoto decides to let me.

hey thanks for posting all the photos. dowsett you homo, a beer and a bed? that could have been put a little differently after you just called me the ***! hahahaha! but, i'll take you up on the beer, looks like we will be up there again quite a few times this year, colo has some good stuff going down. you planning any trips down here soon? **** the gossip, i call 'em how i see 'em! what motor do you have in the coupe? i'd love to see some more of that '34, looks like our kind of car. ...and yeah, those engine mounts look like a story in themselves, whats the skinny? thanks again for helping me with some photos, has to be more cad stuff out there though, keep posting! i have some killer cadillac engine shots, but i cant seem to resize them to post. when suzi gets back, i'll get her to geek 'em out and post them.
[ QUOTE ] i think the top photo is jay wards [/ QUOTE ] why hasn't jay checked in on this thread? i wanted to ask how his oil pressure is holding up...
