    I know Street Rodder Magazine is'nt too popular here, but I found this in the last issue. I like the prices........and history of the old hot rods is always cool.

    i always thought that car was neat. i think there are pics of it in 'cool cars, square roll bars' too.

    That is not a Deuce body in that top picture. Looks like an A body to me. Maybe it said deuce in the ad but... That scale model is a 32 body though. So if they were trying to build a model of the car in the above picture well it looks wrong to me.

    They were only close facsimiles of early Ford roadsters. This was the very start of the fibergl*** cars. They were built to be race car bodies. That has a lot to do with the old timers dislike of the gl*** cars. The first ones were not even close to being accurate.
