I have my radiator mocked up. In order to for the lower radiator hose to clear the steering rack I stretched the doghouse and repositioned the radiator within it. The van will be air conditioned with a 302. I know that cooling is always an issue so I will put extensions on the side of the doghouse. I need to know where others placed their AC condenser when running a V8. I know it should go directly in front of the radiator but am wondering if that will create cooling issues. I researched mounting one remotely but that also comes with issues. Help would be appreciated, Thanks
P.S. Floor pan in front of radiator will be trimmed to provide ample air space

They make stand alone , kinda, units that fit on your roof. The only connection to the engine is the compressor. Might score one of those , could solve some problems…..could create more! o_O
