Hot Rods Early Eddie meyer slingshot intake

Can anyone explain how or why the Eddie Meyer slingshot intake that was for sale suddenly vanished ,posted for sale by Mike Ryan ,no trace,no reply from my inquiry about payment NOTHING just gone.Was I saved from a scam,how does someone remove a add ? Very odd

Are you sure about that? I have been able to edit ads, but never able to completely delete them.
There are plenty of posts where the OP is asking for the moderators to delete them.
Perhaps that can be done with a" discussion", but not with a car or parts for sale ad.

 

I guess you’re right. You can remove subsequent posts to it, but not the original.

 

Maybe someone wanted it bad enough to save the contact info then report it a few times as spam so they would not have anyone else clamoring for it.
