early ford 9in. help

I have a early 9in. ford probably 57-64 . not sure what yr.It has large bering housing with 28 spline axels . I am having a very hard time of finding 1 brake drum. the one i have is 11x2 1/4 w/ pilot hole of 2.4 and 4.5 bolt pattern . the drum is 3 1/8 deep . the other drums i have tried all are 3 1/2 deep which wont let the drum sit all the way on, everything else is fine.
I f anyone can tell me what to look at it would really be appriecated as im at wits end
this is all i lack to finish. the shoes are 11x2
