Early Ford Rear Hub Seals?

I'm building up a banjo axle and need to replace the seals on the rear hubs. It's built up from a variety of year's pieces so I'm not sure what year the rear hubs are. I've located seals that are 3 3/16" od but my hub bores measure about 2.825" id. I'm finding the big seals everywhere but I can't find any of the smaller seals. Can anyone give me a part number on the 2.825" od seal and maybe a source?
