  1. What the hell, I might as well get this thing going. Here's some shots of my En Finkus Veritus, for the upcoming Rat Fink show at the Peterson (Oct)

And a page from my sketchbook...

You pinstripers and sign painters are the shit, I am a hack at it, my hat off to you all...

A while back I asked my buddy John Bell to paint me something of one of my dads old dragsters. I scrounged up as much scrap as I could without mentioning to pops what I was up to. I took delivery of it about a month ago, and it's since got a bitchin' frame job. I'm having a hard time parting with it. Dad is getting it for fathers day, and has no idea it even exists. Needless to say I'm super stoked to see his reaction.

Then this cam back from the silk screener. Unless I fuck some up while signing, it will be an edition of 90. Printed on chipboard. That stuff soaks up the ink like a sponge. Signing and numbering the rest of them tonight.

    Hey,

Damn! Pops is one lucky guy. Did he ever run at Lyons Drag Strip back in
    its heyday?

Some new lines. They will all probably get more color before they are finished.
Great shows this last few weeks, haven't felt my stuff was good enough to present. Maybe this stuff isn't either, I don't know. The insecurities in one's abilities showing through, I guess. Geoff aka whodaky[IMG]

Geoff, that will never happen - you not being good enough to show your stuff on "Artsy Friday", that is. I love your striping!!! Just wish I had one iota of your talent. Or any of the others that show their stuff every Friday.

Inspired by OLDSKEWL61's post about the Volvo he picked up, I got thinking about what one would look like with the "streetable gasser" look. Kinda OT for this board, but at least I drew something this week!

Slide Jr. (5yo) saw me drawing the car, so he had to do his take on it as well.

  28. Bumpstick- It's a resin that they made like 100 of and got them to artist to do...most more well known than me...I got the last one and if you know anything about Silicone molds, they start to deform after awhile...when i got this thing the mold was so Fucked up that the arms weren't lining up, so i had to do alot of grinding and filling with bondo...but, I'm just glad to have something to show...

    I like the logo BTW...
