  3. hey Tingler - do you know Peter Saul's work? I was a student of his here at the University of Texas - cool guy - and I really dig his wacked out style - your painting reminded me a little bit of that.

    Might be a good inspiration for some of you painters out there - look him up - his kinda funny violent grotesque imagery always paired nicely with Robt Williams or Ed Roth in my mind...

    Yeah I know of his work. I haven't taken a look at it in a while though.....time to give it another look.

    I became familiar with his work back in college.

    Cool stuff.

    @CheaterRome
    Nice job on the jacket. You usually don't see art on a G4.

    Here is a painting I finished up yesterday. Seems to be a slow turnout for this week. Did everyone get burnt out last week? This is the last for my "grill" paintings for a while. I think I got it out of my system for the moment. I'll post it 2 ways. They are both the same image. I am just doing it both ways so it sticks in the archives if the other happens to die somehow.

  12. Your style of painting is very cool.

    Here is one I did last week. 7x9 canvas. I haven't ever painted like this before and the last time I picked up a brush was abour 15 years ago. I have to finish this one and I have plans for 2 others.

    You know, you draw pretty damn well for a living dead person. Keep it UP!
    And I agree, either an all Zombie calander or an Art of the H.A.M.B. 2008 (16 Month-er)

    Zombie, you are my hero...great work as always, and if you don't mind me asking,...Do you take you own reference photos, get the images from the web or magazines, or does this all come out of your noggin'?
