Hello Hambers , Hope your ALL WELL! My question is about The EARLY WHEEL COMPANY . I visited site which say it's under NEW Ownership . I know the old post from 2006 Raved about the Guy who owned it before .But does Anyone have any experience with New owners Good or Bad ?? I'm looking to get some wheels for my 54 Chevy Sedan & was wondering about Early Wheels Company . It's the first I saw them so any help either way , THANKS & HAVE A GREAT SUMMER BROTHERS!!
Stick with WheelSmith. They will make the wheels the way you want in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.
Love Wheelsmith service. That said his centers are not vented on his wheels, more of a smoothie around the center where it contacts the rim, they do have nubs for hubcaps though. I went to the website for Early Wheel Co and the pictures show vents but no pictures without center caps so you can't tell what the cap nubs look like or if they are dual blot pattern (bleck) or direct fit.
I just looked at the Wheelsmith website and they show vintage looking wheels with the four vents. They don’t show without hubcaps though.
