Just taking some time to introduce myself. I have been around awhile, but haven't had much time to post until now so here goes:
I'm currently from central Mass. I spent some time in Huntsville, AL and 4 years in El Paso, Tx, but once again find myself in the land of bad weather.
Most of my vehicles have been muscle cars until recently, but I have finally got into at least the 50's in vehicles. I recently sold a 54 Chevy 210 2 door and picked up a 53 chevy PU 5 window. Truck has a Buick GN rear, 81 firebird front clip, I just put in a 66 283, turbo 400, and am about 2 weeks from getting it running. I have pics of the project at web page
I'm into traditional style(I refuse to use "rat rod" or "ol skool") rods and customs.
I hoping to gather and also to give any advice that I can, and also possibly add some east coast wise**** humor when needed. Thanks

Thanks. No on the rallyes. They came with the truck, I just have been working on everything else. I haven't figured out what to do about wheels yet. I want to be different, but being the last item on my list I'll probably be broke by then.

Thank you for actually having a car/truck that fits a decent attitude. Really, welcome...

When did you live in Hunstville? I did a year of High School there in '80, still got a bunch of friends down ther.

Just rolled through Mass about two hours ago in a 24 foot Budget truck, 45 minutes North to South, in a new one with 2,700 miles on it. Your pickup project looks good, welcome to the HAMB. Bob

  11. Welcome aboard Keith. Say hi to Russ. Just rolled thru Fitchburg taking 31 down from 202 to here in Charlton Sunday on the way back from Laconia.

See you in Green Hill Park?

Great to meet ya'all! Good to see some old friends too.
First off: Yes Dennis, we will be up at NESN, but not setting up this year, but we do need to talk anyway so I'll look for you.
ZMAN- I lived in Huntsville back in winter of 90-91
Hey Mike! How's it going!! The shop is coming along good, and as you can tell by the slow progress on the truck we've been busy!(broke, but busy)
My goal is to have it at the RA show in Conn, so I guess I better get moving. See you there!

It's only clean because it's new. [IMG] (I still wouldn't trust me though)
