Figured if anywhere this question belonged here before I decided to clutter the main board with it. I recently had a "bad ebay experience" and it is a given that this spiteful turd is going to rip my feedback. No problem - I can deal with it. But I was wondeing how the cutoff dates work for feedback. I know you have 90 days to leave feedback but what is the cutoff for a reply? Basically I don't want this guy to leave a comment at the buzzer blocking me from leaving a reply. Or do I have 90 days to resond from the time he makes his comment? And DrJ, if you're reading this don't bother. We all know you think ebay sucks.
Hmmm...so do you know when my clock starts ticking for a reply? Obviously I can't reply to feedback until he leaves it. I've searched ebay's policy and couldn't find it. I don't really plan on leaving a negative for him but I want to be sure to be able to reply to his comment. Make sense?
Your talking about if he leaves you neg feedback and you want to answer up for it, right? sorry I never had that happen, though you can also leave him negative feedback as bad buyer. In the case of him leaving you neg feedback, your clock starts, as soon as he leaves it
You both have 90 days to leave feedback & the clock starts ticking when the auction ends. Good Luck
you can RESPOND to his negative feedback any time after he leaves it, you have 90 days to leave feedback for him i think you are talking about responding to the feedback that he leaves for you, correct?
