    If it looks like shit and smells like shit ....it is shit.

    Plain and simple. I just wish we could catch this guys and get real close and personal with them...with a lug wrench. The authorities ignore it as a victimless crime. Bullshit.

    Is this a scam you ask?

    In addition to the points that have already made in the replies above as to the validity of his ad; consider these points the Seller states in his "conditions of sale":

    Here are the situations suitable for a refund request:

    1. If the item doesn't arrive or the seller stops communication after the payment was received;

    2. If the merchandise you receive has different specifications than the ones you agreed on;

    3. If your merchandise arrives in a longer period than the one you agreed on (more than 10 days from the payment clearance day);

    For cases 2. and 3. you have to send back the merchandise to the seller prior to ask for your refund. If you did not pay the seller by payment method required by us, your refund request will be declined.

    Do not reply this message because you won't receive any answer.

    Unbelieveable!!!! The Seller is telling you right up front, " if you're fucking stupid enough to pay me, I don't have to give you your money back!!!

    This guy (Seller) is pretty clever. He contacted you after your Buddy was out bid and that means the transaction is outside of Ebay. Your Buddy made a bid, he lost the auction, But if your Buddy sends any money; the Seller is telling you right up front; he's going to keep it!

    Not a bad way to try and make a living; pick on the stupid people!

    Don't go anywhere near it, seen crap like this before and known people to actually send the money even after being warned and then losing it.The person using REGARDS is pretty much a dead giveaway.Listen to the hambers and send it to spoof@ebay and wait for a reply.The reply will not only be in your email but also in your messages in your ebay so you know it came from ebay.DO NOt send the money!!!!!
