    hi ya'll.
i'm working on my 37 ford panel and the previous owner has upgraded the brakes to the 39-42 eccentric style. i had replaced the rear wheel cylinders which was the start of this issue. the leaking brake fluid caused the paint to peel off everything and as a result, it was a gummed up mess and made the adjusters difficult to turn.
i took everything apart, cleaned it all up and replaced the anchor pins and the springs. it all works fine but now i can't get the drum on. i know that all 4 points of adjustment are in the down or smallest/lowest setting because i can see everything move but the drum wont go on. prior to this, the drum came off without an issue so i'm a bit confused. i should also say that the p***enger is the only side affected.
    any suggestions would be great!
    thanks

The cams on the sides and bottom should be adjusted inwards, not downward, for maximum clearance.

Put the dots on the lower cams facing each during initial ***embly. Turn the upper cams with the narrow side facing the shoes. If the drum still doesn't fit; measure the OD of the shoes as ***embled and mic the ID of the drum. You may need to have the shoes arced to fit the drums. Sometimes happens with a really good drum matched to oversized replacement linings.
