stirring the pot even more, what about usig a stock ford 36-40 frame maybe even42-48 it would be longer
I use my 110 MIG for some pretty big jobs. To crutch it somewhat, I get my wife out there in an extra welding hood with the torch. She preheats the area ahead of where I'm welding some so the welder doesn't have so much work to do. It's dirty I guess, but never had any problems and the idea actually came from a welding guru I know. My $.02 and probably not worth even that.
