SOLD! - SOLD! - SOLD! - Thanks Steve! For Sale: Eelco Aluminum Tank and mounts with spring loaded flip cap. This tank came on a 1960 Falcon that I bought and I am not going to use it. I am not sure of the size - I am guessing it is a 2 gallon tank based on its measurements, but it might be a little bigger than that. It is 15-3/4" long and 8-3/4" at its major diameter. Somewhere in the past the tank was converted to a cool can. One end was cut off, a coil of 1/2" aluminum tubing was put in the tank and then the end was welded back on. You can see the coil in the one photo that has the cap open. This tank will need work to be made "pretty" - more work than I am willing to put into it, but it does work for its intended use and was functioning as designed when I removed it from my car. I would prefer pickup, but I will ship it. Price is $200 plus shipping. Thanks for looking at my ad.
