My old ‘59…352/3-speed w/overdrive

 

I’d love to have one of these 64-65 Rancheros. Overall a nice practical little pickup.

Aw man, I'm on my phone, when I first scrolled past this one I got excited thinking it was a rear-engined Ranchero.

Nice! V-8 to, seems quite a few were 6’s.

 

Blown 347 on e85. Originally a 260. Was supposed to be just a fun little surfmobile but it’s gotten just a little bit out of hand! Hoping to spend time at Barona this year, just a few little things left to get it to pass tech.

 

A fellow from Wash. state comes up to Mission, BC in a Prairie Bronze 65 Ranchero. I believe its a sbf stroker like you have but he has an N02 kit in it. It runs mid- 10's...fast little pickup!

Couple of 65 El Caminos I had back in the 70's and 80's. Both daily drivers.

12 coats of black lacquer, a Sunday in my father in law's driveway wet sanding and paid the body shop porter to buff it. 4 bbl 283/PG. The little guy is 50 now.




Crappy photo of a photo. Bought the body from a former student. Put in 350/350. Color is 79 Chrysler Augusta Sunfire Green (Dark green w/ a ton of metallic) with Cadillac Limefire Green graphics.

 

Looks good with the rallys....
