Well now you've got time to go for another roadster ride with your ole buddy " His Dillardness".

  5. Damn Wayne! I realize that I've been a very lucky *******!

September was cancelled, I was there in October, which was a super good meet, with the most beautiful weather and no wind! And now the 2 day November event is cancelled. What a bummer.

Maurice, you did hit it pretty good. Yeah, I'd sad it's cancelled but all in all I've had a hell of a year. We set records like crazy with both of the cars at El Mirage and Bonneville and I made two trips to The Salt in the ELMOBILE(tm) and one in the pickup. Plenty o' other stuff, too. Wayno

Sounds like you had a killer year, Wayno. Do you go to the Gas-Up in Buellton? Man, is that ever worth the trip.

Well, I have a friend who nags me into going, so I'll p*** the nagging along to you. I really don't need much persuading. The first year I went, the feature was the Munro Special. It renewed my love for the lakes. When I missed it this year, I really MISSED it. The times I've been haven't scratched the surface of the stuff to see. I'll remind you…
