electric motor rebuilder in LA-Long Beach area ?

Hi

does anyone know a good old time electric motor rebuilder that can go thru the motor on my SCISSOR JACK for the shop,

its been sitting for a couple years and does not turn over now,

LAX- Long Beach area is best for me (the old shop in Hawthorne is closed , owneer retired) but Orange County or Central LA is OK
