Anybody ever tackle this? I needed new regulators, glass, and fuzzies anyway so I picked up a electric life kit. What fun! Not exactly a bolt in kit but I`m getting there. I need to get some glass cut but need to figure out the dimentions for the door glass. Where can I find a pattern? Heres a pic.

  2. My glass shop here in town (Elgin, IL) has pattern for that car, or did when I had them cut. Try an established glass shop first.

I ordered a front door glass from Ebay and it was horrible. Crack at the bottom, bevel was cut at a knife edge, and it looked like it was cut with a jig saw. So I dont think it would be a good pattern. My local shop can cut one but doesnt know the exact size. I am sure it must be on the internet somewhere......

Chevy's of the 40's and the National Chevy Association have glass.

When I put them in my '33, I made patterns out of masonite. GOOD glass shop cut the windows and they fit perfect. And, if I ever need a replacement, the pattern is on the shelf around here somewhere.
