Technical Electronic speedometer repair

I have a 10 year old Haneline 3-1 gauge set and the speedometer stopped working. I do have a signal from the transmission.
I called Haneline and they were very informative. I discovered that these gauges were made in India and repair parts are not available. I like the style of the gauges, It matches my car very well.
Does anyone know of someone that maybe able to repair my speedometer?
