What a great thread, thanks everyone for the photos. In about 1995 my ol art professor motorbike pal Ruthann was cutting up old emblems for her art projects... one day she decided that she needed an emblem of her own. She looked in Thomas' Register of Manufacturers at the library and called a die casting company in Michigan. They were low on work at the time and sent out a rep to her college. She ended up ordering a box of emblems that said "Artcar" and "Artist" and so on. The salesman even made up prototypes for her. I am sure one of those companies would make up "HAMB" emblems...or any others...
I took this off the 31 Studebaker dash I modified to fit my 29 A Roadster. If anyone needs it PM me and I'll send it N/C. It measures 1 & 1/2 inches by 3/4 of an inch.
