F1 is 1991, 3 K 30 is 1993 November(?) 30 is my guess....but I'm not very good with Fords. I could be off by ten years or more.
F = 1990s, 1 = 1991, S = Thunderbird, E = Engine, 1991 5.0 (302) HO roller blocks http://www.mustangtek.com/FordDecode.html
That's the "engineering number" The casting date code is 3 K 30, which means 3=19x3 year, K is the 11th? month, 30 is the 3oth day of the month. So it could be from a 1994 Tbird. If you have all the stuff needed to put that transmission behind it, then it should work with that transmission. Make sure you use the correct flywheel for the year of the engine, and the rest of it doesn't really care what 302 it is.
According to this article, the T45 will not work with pushrod 5.0 (or 351W) engines due to its 4.6-specific bellhousing bolt pattern. http://www.mustangandfords.com/news/mump-0208-five-speed-mustang-transmission/#ixzz3N4Q7VpiM
