    Look through the Ford Motorsport catalog or whatever they call it now.. You should be able to get or order those through any Ford dealer.... I had to buy those separately when I got my GT40 iron heads....

    I think they are called Time-Serts, they come in different thread sized kits with the drills and taps needed included.

    Green Sales Cinti Oh . Deuces , hit it correctly air tube plugs in the ends of 5.0 heads . I had a bunch for a while , God could not locate them in my stash today !

    Nah... it would need to have the locking tangs on it to be a Keen or Time-Sert. #10 and smaller have 2, bigger than that have 4.

    As has been said, McMaster-Carr has them in many styles and material types with and without locking tabs. We used the all the time in the industrial repair business. They are very easy to order from and 2 day standard shipping. Their on line catalog is very easy to navigate also.
