Engine driven fan or electric

    What about between the crank pulley and the radiator? that is where room is usually limited...if you have to use a spacer to get the fan to clear the lower pulley, then it might put the fan too close to the radiator.

    Also with older cars and newer engines the lower hose can be in the way of the fan.

    On mine the water pulley sticks out furtherest. I have the "long pump", because the serpentine reverse rotation pumps sticks out further than the other "short" standard rotation pumps. So the water pump pulley is what sticks out the most on my setup. You can get an idea of this by looking at my first post, the first pic there....The crank pulley isnt on, but you can visualize it being there, the water pulley sticks out near an inch further...

    Never thought about the fan interfering with the fan, great.....With space a**** other issues, its looking very electric at this point
