Engine hoist/engine stand.... Not so fast!

All I can say is I hope that buggy doesn't have a small clutch in it!

 

Those wheels are Keystone Klassics. As for the wife helping out; I have plenty of pictures. I'm just about the luckiest guy on the planet because she likes cars as much as I do. Her daily is a 2001 Flamed Impala and we are building a 33 Chevy 3 window for her. The 34 tudor is for me. I even get the kids involved. My engine stand has a T shaped base so the hoist legs go on either side. It's also much easier to stand on either side to work on it.

 

Cragar, figures. They got it right a long time ago.

 

My crane is a post-hole digger boom, without the auger.

 

And plenty of work lights too.

 

AHHHHH the 2.0 with the valve cover and belt cover I'm looking for.

 

Nothing but the best...

Here are some better pics of it in action.

I have a hitch receiver on the front of the rail, so I can maneuver my trailer in tight spots.

And since that was already there I used it to mount a cherry picker off.
( with some chains running back to the top of the cage for stabillity)

Its great for unloading heavy stuff off my truck, and I no longer have to muscle my cherry picker through the gravel going from the garage to the shed.

All joking aside, its really one of my favorite pieces of equipment...

 

I really like the chains you added to the roll cage. Great idea
