engine I.D. help needed

    Just picked up my first v8 flathead and find the casting numbers listed in any book. It has f794 on the bell and H at the top of the bell, any ideas?? thanks

    A couple pictures would probably help...or describe the bellhousing size, and the number of head studs on each head.

    21 studs per head, water pumps in heads, 32-36
    21 studs per head, water pumps in block, 37-38
    19 studs per head, water pumps screw into front cover, 37-40 V8-60
    24 studs per head, water pumps in block, 38-47 pickup and 38-48 p***enger
    24 bolts per head, water pumps in block, no bellhousing on block, 48-53 pickup and 49-53 p***enger
