Engine stands, do they still make good ones?

    I have a couple of Sunex 8300's. They have geared heads. Very sturdy.

    I have an A/C Delco that works for me and it folds up to take up less space. I have thought about duplicating their design using bigger thick wall tubing and larger swivel casters, another thing to add to my TODO list.

    I'm in the minority for this I'm sure. I got the 4 leg HF job, and instead of bolting it together I cleaned the paint off and welded it all together. Probably took just a bit more time than bolting it. Granted I only have small block ford stuff hanging from it, but it works great for me. Greased up the rotating head before installing it, I have no issues moving things around.
