Looking for a little information on the following engine/trans combinations. Does anyone make adapters for these combo?

1939 Ford Trans to a Ford Banger Motor?
1939 Ford Trans to a Chevy Iron Duke (153 Marine motor)?

  2. For the '39 Ford trans to the banger try Dennis Cling at clingsaftermarket.com, (480) 777-1202 or Bert's
    (303) 293-3673. For the iron duke I believe the rear bolt pattern from a rear wheel drive car is the same as a SBC so try Speedway. The Chevy II and the Mercruiser engines have the same rear bolt pattern as a SBC and I think the rear wheel drive iron duke is the same.

Yup! Just the standard early ford to Chevy bell from any number of sources is all you need.
