Greetings, I got linked over from garage journal and now I'm hooked. My restoration project is a 1936 Ply P2 RS coupe. I'm going back stock with it since its already started. Pulled it out of a barn, relatively intact (ie i have all the crome bits, just none of them are straight). Once I get moving again I'll start a proper build thread. Looking for advice on using lead body filler vs bondo. Some of the fenders were started with bondo, but i'm not against restarting and working we lead if it will give me a better finished product.
Welcome from the Pacific Northwest. You will find lots of info here on the pros and cons of lead vs. bondo. The Search function is your friend. Although bondo products have come a long way in recent years, I lean towards lead or lead-free solder cuz that's how it was done back then, and the results will last a loooong time......
