Looking at some European wheels, identified as 5J x 15 H2 . 15 = 15" diameter at the bead. That's obvious. 5J = 5" wide ? What is H2 ? These are spacesaver wheels,I want to use with regular tires. 5" is ok for the front, probably want to stretch the rears wider. Any problems there ? Thanks. Ian
I'm pretty sure the letter tells you the shape of the lip that the Tire seals on. "J " being the most common one...
You are totally right. J is for the shape of the inner wheel (number 2 on the pic) H2 is a code for the shape of the inner center of the wheel. (Number 4 on the pic)
