I agree. It would have been cl***ed as an altered. But, cut us circle track guys a little slack.

For those that don't know...Dennis Frings, back in the 80's, was considered one of the country's finest late model stock car builders. Having built the ASA cars of Rusty Wallace and Darrell Waltrip a**** others. **** Bergren said in an Stock Car Magazine article about Rusty's Frings built car, in which Rusty was kicking ***, that "Frings builds the Cadillac of stock cars."
