Events for new year ?

Hi , i am from Australia and am thinking of visiting the west coast next year , sometime between feb and june .Can anyone advise me as to an events calender that covers this far ahead .Or can tell me what events would be worth while seeing , i like things like Viva las vegas , ink and iron etc . I have looked on the so cal site as mentioned in a previous thread but does not have a lot on it at this stage .Any advice would be greatly appreciated , cheers Rob
