Might want to check the spelling of your location before depositing your two cents, it's spelled... Connecticut

  4. Wanted to rent a trailer to haul a hot rod back from Houston, U Haul guy said my wife's Exterra was too light and he couldn't rent me a trailer. Drove the Exterra to Houston, bought the car and went to U Haul there and they hooked the trailer up for us. Drove back home(175 miles) at 70 mph with no problems. Common sense prevailed in Houston.

You sure can't, but I think we better find a way around it cuz we're drowning in "stupid".

I just went there the other day and they would not rent me a 8X10 box trailer because "we don't rent trailers to Ford Explorers".

Little known fact but Pharaoh Khufu told U-Haul the slaves were moving Cavaliers too.

Yes i was told they had a very bad problem with Ford Explorers. The lady behind the desk said they had an explorer for their personal truck before they passed that requirement and they had to get thier own insurance to cover any accidents because apparently the Explorers tended to roll easily with the trailers. I pulled a 53 Olds 98 four door with my wifes GMC Yukon about 3 weeks ago, no problem from them.
