ever have one of those guys who...

To those who say "Who cares?", I say "We all should!". If you're confident in your knowledge and skills, call these idiots out EVERY time and pray that they get the message... Because FAR too often the newer guys run into these loudmouths first, and buy into the line; and more bad info and shitty work gets passed on as gospel.

I started teaching 12 years ago for this exact reason. I've bloodied my knuckles and effed stuff up for 25 years and learned from my mistakes to the point where I at like to think I can at least sniff out a BS artist most of the time.

The GF and I just ran into one of these asshats here in the Burgh that was talking about all these high-end customers he has and all the money he's gonna make us...so I start pinning him down about details and we SHOW him what we're capable of and POOF...suddenly he's not answering messages anymore.

When these guys get into business it's the customer and the industry that pay the price!

 

Everybody know's or meet's these kinda dudes. Who Cares. Most I come across seem to be more into the music scene and the old cars and hot rod image just add's to the image for them. Goofballs in every leauge man, who give's a shit.
