I know where the frame came from for my hot rod, the Dakota pickup gave it up without much fight.
I build traditional cars. I start with an old rusty body, add a modern drive train (25 years old) and beat the crap out of the assembled project. When I tire of it, I start all over again.

Its unfortunate that the traditional style I build is on the fringe of what is accepted here. I can't afford to build a HAMB friendly traditional ride. Gene

My 32 frame under the 26 coupe came from Pete Eastwood's Garage. Early 1980's.................

Mine came from Henry Ford in August of 1929.

  6. Welp, I tried to reach ol' Burt because he said he needed help with the wiring on his coupe. You can see all the loose wiring in the photos. When his phone number and his email address didn't work, I asked around to find Burt had passed away last fall. Have no idea what ever happened to his car as he didn't have any living relatives but he showed up at my house with a buddy one day..........maybe the buddy got it, I dunno.
    R.I.P. Burt.
