Reaching out to see if there are any on the original members of the Everett, WA club from the 50's called the Valve Lifters. My dad was a member and he's only got about 3 months to live. I'd like to get a pic of one of the plaques they displayed. Any help will be appreciated.
Sorry to hear about your Dad; sounds like you had a good relationship with your Dad, something I did't have with my Father. I have lived in Snohomish County since 1962, so I'm a little late to the party, but I have never heard of the "Valve Lifters". The people that might have known, Hank Johnson, Herb Mc Nutt, Jim Green, have all gone to that great drag strip in the sky. Might try an online site at, "oldride.com/clubs/washington/clubs.html". Although it does't list that club, there are others that might have known of it. Good luck! I am Butch/56sedandelivery.
Sorry to hear about your dad I don't have any info for you but try this https://www.washingtonstatehotrodhalloffame.com/
This is all I was able to find for Everett, but I don't see the Valve Lifters https://carclubplaques.pairsite.com/Cities/Everett.htm
Contact O'Brien Truckers, they have plaque file number 12149 as Valve Lifters in So. Everett. O'Brien is also a HAMB vendor. Sorry about your Dad. https://www.obrientruckers.com/plaques_search.php
