Bring this back from the dead! I was following on several forums and it just dropped off the face of the earth!

 

What i just did a update on 1-24-10 ??

Here is what i have been working on ...I built this column out of some Corvair parts and stainless tubing


And here is the body bolted down for the last time....this year

Man those taillights look trick!!! Sad to see the truck dash go, thought it looked bitchin.

 

I sure like it...if the mounts are tubular and not just round stock, how about fiching the tail light pig tails through them to hide the wiring?

Sure is nice to look at this build for something different among all the Model "A" projects going...no offense to them, of course

Levi, its lookin' sharp. Any luck on that master cylinder/clutch cylinder? I wanna see the first drive through the neighborhood....no doors, no glass....just a big go kart and big smile.

 

Any updates? I have been waiting on this one.

 

Those lights look great Levi.

 

I got a lil done here and there ... Taillights are mounted, the winshield opening is ready for glass, the brakes work, the clutch kinda works, .... I hope to have this thing ready for a test run soon!!!

Wow it is getting closer.

 

not much done this month .... radiator and shell installed ...

 

last night I fired it up using the KEY !!! just a few more hours of shop time and i should be on the road...

 

Take a couple days off work and get it ready for Sonic this Friday!
