evil1's 1930 Durant project

Here is the intake for my SBC.. A few years ago i was kicking around my buddys old barn and triped over this complete offy sitting in the mud. The thermostat had a date stamp of 1963. (i thaught that was kinda cool) so I cleaned it up and rebuilt it ..

 

As an Old dinosuar I have to say...GREAT BUILD! yer hamb name fits the car. My father in law has a pair o Star Cars (Coupe's) that hes going to build "some day" Ive done 2 builds since. Good to see one of these gettin done.

 

I'm digging the overbuilt look of the front suspension. The frame is pretty slick too.

 

I spent the past few weeks cleaning up the frame and suspension getting it ready for coating....the next step is to load it up and take it to Applied Coating in Lodi...



The floor is almost done....

 

That Frame and all the work is just Badass levi, great work my friend

 

Today I took my frame and some parts up to Applied Coating in Lodi.. Jame did a great job making my stuff shiny black!! and he did it all in just over 4 hours

nice,...thats lookin really good. i have to get out to atwater now...is it the same shop that did all the wheels coz those came out bitchin.
