exhaust hanger question

I am helping my friend with his exhaust and on the exahaust tips they are coming out the side and really not any room avail .So my question to save space we were thinking of just rigidly mounting the tips on the exhaust.Will there be any problems since we are using flex connectors further up so there will be some isolation from motor and exhaust.

 

without seeing it , the way you described your tailpipes i don't believe you will have any problems. because i don't like them rattling around, i tend to make my exhaust systems very rigid and have never had any problems. any pictures?

 

will get some pics .I always heard it was bad to not have the exhaust mounted with flexible mounts .so this is why I was asking .I pretty much guessed there would be no problem .It is a simple exhuast out of collectors to two flex connectors into a X pipe and out to two 90 degree bends and two mufflers exiting out right in front of the rear tires.We think it looks era specific and crude and thats how we like it .No overhaulin shit back exhaust here .We just need to mount the exit pipes rigid cause if we use hanger sit will be to close to the ground and look strange .
