Hot Rods Exhaust suggestions...

hey guys i was wondering what you might think about exhaust sounds. I will be doing my exhaust soon and i was wondering to either run straight pipe out the back or a 12" cherry bomb. I have a 350ci pretty much stock, Thanks everyone.

 

Do a search, we've had a lot of this discussion. There are several of us that work in the industry and have put up our ideas and suggestions. Don't know if it got moved to Tech Archive or not.

Single or dual?
For my dual I've got a 15" glasspack on one side and a 18" on the other (Muffler shops reccomendation). To be honest I couldn't imagine running straight pipes...it's already almost too loud.

 

Holy*****! I just noticed your roof color looks almost identical to mine

 

I am running manifolds, true duals, 2.25" with 18" glasspacks. Sounds good for a 305.

 

Go for that old skool sound, run a set of porter mufflers on your car.
