Saw this SR2 in Palm Springs about 1983.

I think it's a '57. The fit on some pieces of this car were somewhat rough and other parts were engineering marvels.






bought myself another project at the same show
anybody seen '54 Corvette serial #240 or #241 lately?
not that it matters, just wondered where they ended up

 

All very interesting, besides you can't go wrong with the King in a '5o's factory custom Corvette!
