  2. There's a back in the day magazine article posted previously on this swap. Used it to do mine. Once I had ground the inside edge of the bearings it all went together perfectly

    The only trouble I had was I couldn't get the castle nut far enough on to the stub axle to fit a split pin. It was just a tiny bit too far out. Swapped it for a castle nut from a Fordson tractor front hub and it was fine.

    I've deleted the grease shield and also had to loose the self adjuster. My fault because I didn't realize the backing plates were handed when I drilled them and fitted scoops. Not a problem as the adjuster wheels are still accessible.
