f100 service brake handle install

Does anyone know:




How does the service brake cable attach to the handle? Bought a new set of cables and this is the one part I still cannot figure out.

 

Was this one of those "EVERYBODY knows how to do this; you so stoopid!" questions?

Cable has a ball on the end that fits into a slot on the pull handle.
