Factory Ford F-100 Hood Scoop...kinda

Saw this one at Back To The 50s a few weeks ago and thought of this post.
Thought it looked pretty good. Guess he had the same idea you did.

If anyone out there has one of these for sale I am interested...preferably one on the rougher side to match the rest of my F350. Also interested in a factory Tach,and tow hooks for a 53....and a radio!!

I've allways thought that would be cool. I cant see you pics for some reason, but I'd like to put one on my 65 f100 as well, although, You don't see them as much as you used to.

 

That was the same scoop they used on the super duty cars - Pontiac had to issue a GM part number for them so they were legal in NHRA. I picked up an NOS one still in the box a while back, but never got the courage to cut a hole in my hood.
