Just not asking the right people Paul......:D
Looking at your other views I'd say you've got it a bit high. Will have a look at my wagon tonight & measure the position for you if you like.

  5. hey thanks! I found those wheels for 70 bucks. i was going to change it to five lug, but 70 bucks is a little better price

"Doored" that's funny. I've only ever heard of that as having the door handles "shaved." "Shaved" would be the slang term for removing any item of trim or hardware on the outside of the vehicle.

For instance, one of the previous owners also "shaved" the Falcon script and birds off the sides of my car. They left the Futura "darts" on the rear quarters, at least.

Shaved is what I've always called it. I took it as shaving any or all molding from a car. I didn't know the hood and trunk had there own term for customizing.

Geez.... all this time I thought nosed meant that some of the high crown of the hood was removed and lowered kinda like a nose job and decked meant the same thing but for the trunk.

Hey Paul (and anybody else interested)
The measurement from bottom edge of drip rail to bottom edge of visor is 320mm or 12.6"

  27. May be a little OT... Im looking into picking up a 64 falcon 2 door this weekend that has 90,000 miles on it.... I was wondering where I should look for rot... He says it has a spot in the trunk, but it "doesnt need extensive repair". I havent seen it yet, but im fairly set on buying it. Ive wanted one of these forever!!!
