Beautiful day here in SW lower Michigan, I got the Impala out and wedges myself in the roadster for the first time since my hip replacement a month ago and got the roadster out. Didn't go any further than down to the corner and back in it (to try to figure out why it ran so poorly, more on that later...), but I parked them nose to nose in the driveway where I can admire my work while I have the first Old Fashioned (with Bulleit Rye) since the surgery.
You know it is pumpkin ****ed latte season Brian! My wife is from Wisconsin, Old Fashions are a thing around your parts I guess.
Right? I thought of the Pumpkin ****e thing setting here on the porch looking at them. Your wife probably makes an Old Fashioned with brandy, right? I usually do Bourbon, but I like a rye with a twist of lemon. No wrong way.
Going to Makers Mark in a couple weeks Bourbon tasting with some friends. We're calling it the, "Meet Your Maker Tour". Staying in Bardstown.
I like you slightly less hearing that, actually just a little jealous. Bardstown Bourban Company is only fifteen miles from Makers Distillery.
