Thought some of y'all might find this interesting, got it home last week, been sitting in a barn since 1976. Any idea of year of axle? Has round back spindles, welded to axle, and spring mounts have been torched off wishbone. Hubs have 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern, I think the 16" wheels are shoebox era, the tires are 7.00-16 military with 1953 date codes. My grandfather built this in the early 60s when these parts were common in junkyards IMG_1174.JPG IMG_1175.JPG IMG_1176.JPG IMG_1177.JPG IMG_1178.JPG IMG_1179.JPG

I bet the axle, wishbones and spindles are 1937 through 1940.
