Fatman also has an open-house when the GoodGuys show is in Charlotte..They open up the shop, and will show you all around..they answer any questions, have lots of frames & suspension on display, etc ....The shop is actually several different adjoining buildings ,so it takes a while to take it all in...Very friendly staff, lots of very talented people work there...Brent is on hand ,usually deep in conversation with someone whose asked for advice...He's also a vintage WW2 aircraft freak..the OpenHouse is well worth the trip...
Brent is a member here, I was hoping he would chime in with an update. From what others have said the problem was to be adressed, but who knows.
Put one of their crossmembers on my '37 Plymouth, fit great, perfect width, no tire rubbing, and rides real nice. To save a couple of bucks, I'm using stock Mustang parts, (plus firebiird disc brakes) plan to update in the future, which is a BIG advantage to the MII set up.
The only thing I've ever gotten from them was a pair of motor mounts, but they were superb quality! I hear nothing but good things about Fat Man
Brent and his company are stand up people. I have had several dealings with them and absolutely no problems
Like said, Brent and his crew are stand up guy's, make and sell good quality part's, along with good tech support, plus he drives, what he sells. My car ride's on one of his ch***is, no problems after 6 yr's.
