    Hey Lynn, can't imagine how hard it is for you to read these stories about fathers when you had yours for such a short time. Appreciate you sharing even though it must be hard.
     
  2. Like that this post comes back every year. My grandfather was a role model and he was gone by the time I was 17. I tried to see my grandparents at least a few times a month, he was the only one in the family that was mechanical. I wish I would have known more about his life, asked more questions, learned more from him.....stupid kid. LARS was on the exact day he passed away in the 80s (Friday June 13th), still miss both my grandparents.

    Thanks, flathead60 the last I knew of the Dwight Bond sedan it was for sale at a local swap meet years ago, I'll see what info. I can find on its where abouts.
