This really looks NOS except for the drive gear. I think some of the Mallory distributors came minus the gear and you had to use your original one. Points are new , bright plating on the breaker plate. Cap looks new as does the rotor. There is no wear anywhere on it. I am reluctant to call it NOS but is sure looks like it could be. I ran it on my Sun machine and it checked out great 24 degrees advance in at 3200.
